Jul 2, 2021helloi cannot start my pc. I have an installation media in usb and tried start up repair it did not work. Windows 10 start i have recently "upgraded" to windows 10, and i am floored that the revised start menu is cluttered and clunky by comparison.

I think they removed the ability to pin items to the left side of the start menu under the "places" list in the final version of windows 10 that was just released. All apps quit responding, cursor is a blue circle, nothing will work, so i have to manually shut it down, i restart and it says the pc had an issue.
